Real Estate Strategy – We were appointed to plan and develop the real estate strategy for the hosting of the tournament understanding the current supply and demand dynamics within the market and how these can be optimised for the benefit of the event and in line with the Qatar Vision 2030.  This includes research and recommendations for opportunities with the commercial, residential, leisure, education and hospitality sectors.

Valuation – We have been appointed to provide expert witness valuation evidence in relation to three residential development plots on the Pearl, Doha. The Pearl is one of the foremost master planned development areas in Doha that is currently under construction.

Valuation – We provided the client with a detailed valuation of 40 development plots with EnergyCity.  This involved a review of historic plot sales, re-sales information and current asking prices.  We also undertook a residual calculation to illustrate the land values that could be supported by current development costs and end rental and capital values.

Valuation – We carried our real estate appraisal services on four properties located in Dhahran that were undeveloped sites being considered for the location of a United State Chancery assessing the market value of the freehold interest based on highest and best use of the land.

Valuation – We were instructed to provide both a full residual valuation and a comparable land valuation for the one million square metre Medical and Education District.  This involved a review of current and historic plot sales, re-sales information and current asking prices for built stock in Lusail.  In addition we had to research the medical and educational sectors of the Doha market in order to assess the profitability of hospitals and schools.

Valuation – In 2011 we valued the residential and commercial property portfolio across the Middle East and North Africa region for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.  Over a three month period our team visited 24 cities, in 17 countries inspecting 544 properties, collecting comparable evidence and preparing valuations together with updates of any AutoCAD drawings for buildings when required.
