Property Management Consultancy – Over a period of two years our role was to provide active implementation consultancy on Best Practice property management operations raising standards within their existing operations in Kuwait to a higher international level.   This involved management training, provision of policy and procedure manuals, team restructuring, introduction of key performance indicators and advice on PM and CRM software.
